NATURAL INTEGRATION
We design specific furniture adapted to the needs of the equipment and the different work processes in the laboratory.
IBTK furniture is able to cover all the needs of a laboratory, therefore, with its range of special furniture encompasses the peculiarities and more specific needs of the work area, integrating it into the laboratory in a natural way, respecting the functionality and aesthetics of the rest of the IBTK furniture.
TASTING TABLES
FUNCTIONALITY AND SAFETY
The tasting tables are designed to appreciate colors, smells and flavors in hygienic working conditions.
Sensory analysis solutions according to the standard (UNE-EN ISO 8589:2010) that respond to temperature, humidity and light conditions in a regulated manner.
MODULARITY AND FLEXIBILITY
It has a lateral separation between the cabins and an entrance compartment with a sliding door, in the front part, for the introduction of elements.
The self-supporting metal structure allows the installation of individual modules or combinations of them. Possibility of personalized projects.
SPECIFICITY AND DURABILITY
The worktop, usually in phenolic resin, but available in any material, and the upper body in melamine, allow to obtain an aesthetic and functional finish.
Cabins prepared to be computerized and equipped with a led lighting system “rgb”, adjustable in intensity and color. They have a sink and a tap for the tasting of waste.
ANTI-VIBRATION TABLES
FUNCTIONALITY
The anti-vibration balance or table is designed for the use of precision equipment and instruments, such as analytical balances or mass comparators, where it is necessary to ensure a total absence of vibrations.
ENDURANCE
The anti-vibration table is composed of two independent structures made of steel plates and epoxy-polyester coating and assembled one in the other. This structure being totally independent, the vibrations are not transmitted to the internal structure.
SECURITY
Inside, the silentbock system is integrated on which four granite stones are placed to ensure the absence of vibrations. The surface is finished in phenolic compact with 20 mm thick high resistance Fundermax resin, which will form the anti-vibration zone.
The table includes a leveling system to overcome ground irregularities and ensure accurate measurement.

FUNCTIONALITY
Stove tables are designed to optimize space in the laboratory by integrating equipment such as stoves, ovens or incubators at two or three levels of height.

SUSTAINABILITY
Constructed with a compact phenolic work surface of 20mm thickness with high resistance Fundermax Resistance resin.
Metal structure made of 40x40mm cold rolled steel tube, protected with antioxidant epoxy resins.
SECURITY
The table has four support legs that include a leveling system to overcome floor irregularities.
A load capacity of 300 kg is provided.

SAMPLE LIBRARIES
Sample cabinets, combination cabinets and pharmacy cabinets made to measure and designed for the comfortable and safe storage of samples of each batch, medicines, products that allow traceability and conservation of them in optimal conditions.
Different combinations and sizes with braking device on opening for vertical sliding drawers and drawer units for pharmacies. Made of particle board with anti-scratch and anti-reflection melamine coating, epoxy steel or AISI 304 stainless steel.
SOUNDPROOF FURNITURE
Soundproof furniture for storing equipment with high vibration and noise levels such as vacuum pumps. Ideal for chromatography laboratories.
Made of melamine or cold laminated steel protected by epoxy resins.
They have a soundproofing system, a ventilation grid and an outlet for connection to the extraction system.
WASTE MODULE
Low module waste container system with complete extraction system and cushioned closure. Ideal for all types of laboratories
Melamine or cold rolled steel furniture protected by epoxy resins. Containers are made of recyclable polypropylene resistant to high or low temperatures, shocks, scratches and chemicals.
Includes a door panel kit. The lid is fixed and can be used as an interior shelf.
